I had done my mother's cataract surgery on 29th June'24 from KPM Eye hospital. From the first enquiry call i made, it was very well handled by the admin staff. They made sure to provide all the details very patiently along with a friendly follow up on appointment day. The wait time is very less here compared to other hospitals. My mom's surgery was a bit complicated as it was delayed from our end and obviously our fault. However, they took high care, and the procedure went smooth but taking more time than usual cases due to the complexity which I mentioned. The doctors provided a great clarity on the procedures, and they never blamed us due to this delay followed by the complexity happened other than a humble smile. The nursing staff also was very friendly, and patient and they reiterated regarding the rest procedures without any hesitation and good care was also provided.To mention Dr.Paul Mathew & Dr.Mathew KP are very professional and has a very positive and humble attitude towards their patient and bystanders. I have to appreciate their kindness as they were ready for a consultation even on Sunday if there were any issues / challenges after the surgery which was done on a Saturday. Also they are available on phone anytime to discuss or get any advises.Overall, we are very happy with the services including the cost of the surgery was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hospital for any Eye related issues. Thank YOU !

Dr Paul was consulted for eye infection, the root cause of the issue was identified and treatment was adviced within limited time, shows the experience. One of the experienced and oldest eye specialist in ernakulam. Had consulted Paul Dr. decades ago, the overall experience feels better along with better improved hospital facilities. Good overall service from staffs, they are very helpfull and cooperative. Make an appointment during op timings before walkin to avoid delays. Recommend.
